eBay Fishing Message.....
Today, I received a strange email from eBay... Actually, I’ve NEVER ever visited the website and also never used it... I thought my husband might have used it for me... but strangely enough, the mail was to “Aken”, not to my full name.
I know it must be a kind of “fishing messages”, so I shouldn’t touch any clickable URLs... Of course!!! Never touch.
BUT
I had done... something!!
The email said that eBay identified some unusual activity in my account!! (it’s hardly possible there is my account in eBay UK!) So I had thought someone might have used my name “Aken” with my email address and done anything on the website! I was shocked and I HAD replied the email. I wrote,
I have NEVER ever visited your website and never used it. Please remove any accounts related to me!!
I’m TOO STUPID!! I told them the email address was still active!!
And soon after, an email from eBay (or something) was delivered to me and said,
We regret to inform you that your eBay account could be suspended if you don’t resolve your problems.
So what???? And the email suggests me to CLICK a URL!!!
Anyway, I recommend you not to touch any emails from eBay Account Review Term….
